About us
commongroundclo.com is run by Common Ground. You can contact us at support@commongroundclo.com. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. This is not yet acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and email you to confirm. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available, otherwise in GBP. UK and EU prices include VAT where applicable. Where sales tax applies (for example in the United States), it is added at checkout. Standard shipping is free worldwide. Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers.
Products
We try to show product colours and details accurately, but screens vary, so colours may look slightly different in person. Sizes are guides, so please check the size guide on each product.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. They form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for business losses, as our products are for personal use. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including designs, images, logos and text, belongs to Common Ground or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
Using the site
You must not misuse the site, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, or using it for anything unlawful.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will try to resolve it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
