Processing
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will get an email with tracking when your order ships.
Free worldwide shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order, wherever you are. UK customers can also choose paid Express delivery at checkout.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- United States, Canada and Australia: 7–14 working days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 working days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks can add time.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are paid by the customer unless checkout says otherwise.
Delivery problems
Please check your delivery address carefully. If your tracking has not updated for 7 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@commongroundclo.com with your order number and we will sort it out with the courier.
If you have not received your order within 30 days of dispatch (45 days outside the UK), contact us and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
